Perth metropolitan area has over 150km of pristine white sandy beaches. Here is your chance to see the best bit, known as the Sunset Coast. Where the road hugs the coast from Scarborough to Hillarys Boat Harbour. You are sitting 3 metres above the road with un-interrupted views from the open top bus. Look out for dolphins, surfers and maybe (a big maybe!) humpback whales at the right time of year.
Scarborough Beach is a vibrant stretch of coastline with bustling pedestrian promenades, a children’s adventure playground, art projects, variety of skate bowls, climbing wall, half-court basketball, exercise equipment, amphitheatre and the magnificent Sunset Hill.
*Hillarys Boat Harbour is also home to AQWA. The Aquarium of Western Australia. With interactive tanks to get up close to the smaller ocean creatures, it also has the largest single aquarium in Australia including a tunnel walkthrough that has sharks cruising above you! Here is your chance to explore the marine life of WA's enormous coastline from the tropical north to the cold Southern Ocean (Entry Fees apply)
